- Do not refresh your browser. You will lose your work.
- Please try to remove some attachments loaded, and click on the box “I need to attach more documents”. By clicking that box, you will receive an email after submission directing you where you can upload additional documents.
- Try to re-submit.
If you are having issues still submitting the application, please call our intake specialist directly at 808-482-3777, where we can apply over the phone for you. You will be receiving an email prompt to attach your files after submitting the form with the specialists on the phone.
